2. Why We Actually Need It

• Turning raw sensor output into the trends and insight your app actually shows you.
• Making sure your order ships, gets tracked, and any return or warranty issue gets resolved.
• Answering whatever question or support request you send our way.
• Sharpening sensor accuracy and refining algorithms, generally with data that's stripped of identifying detail or bundled together anonymously.

3. It's Your Data, Full Stop

Nothing the Hume Watch records belongs to us — it's yours. Pull your entire history out of the Hume Health app on your own schedule, and if a full account wipe is what you'd prefer instead, contact support and we'll take care of it within 30 days, minus anything (order records, for instance) that legal obligations require us to retain.

Selling your health data isn't something we do, period. A short list of exceptions covers the rest:
