45 days to try it out, return shipping on us, and a warranty backed by real coverage.

Committing to a wearable device before trying it firsthand asks for a fair bit of trust. This page details precisely what unfolds if the Hume Watch ends up not being right for you.
45 Days Before You Have To Commit
The clock starts the day delivery happens, giving you 45 days to send it back for a complete refund — and you don't owe anyone an explanation. Wear it to bed, take it swimming, run it through weeks of training — the guarantee doesn't care, it still stands.
Kicking Off A Return
- Reach our support team via the Hume Health app or the email listed on your order confirmation, and mention you're looking to return your order.
- Watch your inbox — a prepaid shipping label typically shows up within 1 business day.
- Box up the watch, its strap, and the charging cable however works for you; the original packaging isn't a requirement.
- Take the package to a carrier drop point and hand it over using the label you were sent.
- Once we've received and looked over the return, expect your refund back on the original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.
The Amount You'll Get Back
Every dollar spent on the device itself comes back. If the optional 10-Year Warranty was tacked onto your original order and the watch is going back, that add-on refunds as well — after all, there's no device left for it to protect.
Who's Paying For The Trip Back
That falls on us. As long as your order was placed directly through humewatch.com and falls inside the 45-day window, the prepaid label doesn't cost you a thing.
Some Important Fine Print
- This particular guarantee only covers direct purchases from humewatch.com. If a third-party retailer sold it to you, you'll need to work through their own policy, since we're not in a position to promise identical terms there.
- Whatever payment method funded the original purchase is where the refund lands — we can't send it somewhere else instead.
- Even outside the 45-day return window, a unit might still be eligible for warranty service (more on that just below).
Filing For Warranty Support
A 1-year hardware warranty is included with every unit, covering legitimate manufacturing flaws — think sensor malfunctions, charging issues, or a strap that gives out under normal wear. If the extended 10-Year Warranty was added at purchase, that protection spans the full ten years from when you originally bought it.
Getting a claim started just means reaching support with your order number and a short note on what's gone wrong. The typical fix for a hardware defect is a complimentary replacement unit sent out to you.
Swapping Sizes Or Colors
If a different strap size or shade is really what you're after — not a refund — say so when you contact support. A straightforward swap is usually quicker than processing a full return and placing a brand-new order.
